bugatti realigns export management team

Dual management team from mid-2020

Dietmar Schubert will become Herford-based bugatti GmbH’s new head of export on November 1, 2019

Dietmar Schubert has worked in the international fashion industry as a sales director for over 30 years and is extremely experienced. He will drive the bugatti brand’s development into a lifestyle brand in the existing over 60 international markets further ahead. Dietmar Schubert will support the two future country managers, who will head the export department from the middle of next year onwards as co-managers, in an advisory capacity.  With this new set-up, we will be optimising the utilisation of the company’s resources and expertise. “I am looking forward to contributing my experience to the team, and I am delighted that I have been given the opportunity to contribute to the internationalisation of bugatti’s strategy,” Schubert says.

Schubert will be able to draw on his extensive international experience in his new position. The 65-year-old previously worked for Toni Dress Damenmoden GmbH in Forchheim, where he headed the export department for ten years.

His international experience will be extremely useful in this key position. His instinct for markets and developments and his strategic approach to the international business will contribute to the company’s positive development.” He will be taking over the position from Nicolas Zülka, who will be leaving the company for a new professional challenge at is own request.
