Statements autumn/winter 2015

Marcus Kaiser, Product Manager bugatti Coats:

The coat is becoming increasingly trendy and cool. More than ever before, it´s all about the right mix of rich material looks, practical details and moderately slim, slightly longer silhouettes - all combined with a sophisticated feeling of comfort. This is why bugatti opts compelling functional features, such as elasticity (Flexcity), temperature control (Outlast), weather protection (Gore-Tex) and lightness (Air Series). The unfussy inside features come alive thanks to interesting surface effects and a sparing use of colour accents.

Klaus-Dieter Schwerma, Product Manager bugatti Suits and Suit Jackets:

The bugatti suit: The bugatti suit is all about the New three-piece suit and patterned fabrics that stand out from the everyday monotony. Here, we see on opportunity to sell suits on one hanger again and to make the suit department more interesting for the end consumer.

bugatti suit jacket: Modern, comfortable, light, soft and innovative thanks to jersey and knitwear looks, as well as hybrid styles in light quilting, wool, and velours leather looks that reflect the new zeitgeist.

Klaus-Dieter Schwerma, Product Manager, bugatti suits and suits jackets:

The autumn/winter 2015 outdoor segment will be influenced by a wide array of material combinations, mostly with matte/shine effects. No customer will be able to ignore this theme, as it runs through virtually the entire collection, to varying degrees. Nylon will be mixed with cotton, faux fur and leather in trendy winter dark colors. Thanks to the use of slim silhouettes in comfortable fits, instead of material mix the next season will be all about the bugatti "comfort mix."

Jürgen Olleres, Product Manager bugatti Trousers:

bugatti trousers are close-fitting, with a leg hem of 40cm. A special carbon finish as "Panter Touch" lends the weaves a new volume and soft touch. Wool look is the dominant style, in cotton/wool/Lycra or in cotton Lycra as a blend of yarn colors. The models are a flat-front or five-pocket trousers. A hint of the retro look is added by Oxford with Lycra. Five-pocket trousers with innovative pocket interpretations and premium-quality inside decorations remain the central style. Ultra-comfortable jersey trousers are new additions to the "Flexcity" collection in the designer´s colors: black is back.

The denim range of modern cuts and dark washes has been expanded. Japan-look denim and jogging denim are the height of fashion. A small, premium segment is the eye-catcher of the season. Here, every colour in a product grade features its own lining colour, with leather details. This is sure to add an exciting touch to the sales display.

Nico Elsenbruch, Product Manager bugatti shirts, knitwear:

Knitwear:

Loose stitching and a variety of knits and structures characterise the new styles of half-zip mock neck sweaters, zip-up sweaters and rollneck jumpers. Elaborate rice grain patterns, double-face knits, jacquards and tuck-stitch knits create a new cool and casual look.

Shirts:

Checks are still a must-have! Big checks are in. Innovative new washes, such as moon-washed or acid-washed, lend the range a new character. Elaborate yet subtly visible details are sure to catch the eye.

Lena Brinkmann, Design bugatti women jackets:

Knitwear and jersey jackets are the season´s bestsellers and will play a bigger role again in autumn/winter 2015 in new silhouettes. The material mix is a central theme for the bugatti women´s outdoor collection; taglio vivo wool with casual cotton and leather applications underscore this theme and present a new, urban look. The theme is rounded off by cocooning knitted coats and capes with functional inside features and new collar styles.

Ralph Klüsserath, Brand Manager bugatti Leatherwear Kapraun Ledermoden GmbH & Co. KG

Material mix and value for money are the key words for the bugatti autumn/winter 2015 leather collection: subtle, yet innovative material mix elements create new looks and also revive  and enhance classic articles. Products in the higher price categories must continue to deliver functional and visual added value.

Hanna Streif, Design and Product Management bugatti Belts (Lloyd Arthur Scharper):

This season once again, belts are essential for a trendy and smart look. The belt collection (Made in Germany!) is based on high-quality leather with interesting surfaces/structures, combined with clever details: edge finishes (two-tone), all-over embossing, rugged saddle stitching and scratch effects make every belt a character piece.

Agnes Hahn, Design bugatti Headwear (R & M Wegener GmbH & Co. KG):

The hats in trend this season are the fedora and trilby. A special feature: the new, soft hair/wool blend makes these hats even more comfortable to wear. Voluminous but soft knitted sets in earth tones also play a central role. In terms of fabrics, washed Shetlands and wool checks predominate.

Elisabeth Langner, Sales bugatti Scarves/Ties (Proud Brands GmbH):

The focus is on attractive, premium qualities.

In scarves, we worked a lot with jacquard, but there are also lots of new, thinner indoor and business scarves printed with minimalist decorations in the collection. Silk scarves in classic patterns are also a central element of the range. Wool scarves featuring small and large checks are back in vogue. When it comes to ties, we designed a new premium box - made in Italy - consisting of attractive wool/silk ties in classic designs. Small decorations and structures set the trend, as do classic stripes and checks.

Ulrich Haug, Sales Manager bugatti Underwear (Esge-Textilwerk)

The collection is divided into three areas: Sport, City, Business. This division is also reflected in the design: Sport is colorful, friendly, dynamic; City is commercial, relaxed and light; Business is traditional, sophisticated. Superior , high-quality materials are used. The emphasis is on comfort: today´s underwear must be comfortable. This is why the collection features a variety of waistbands, such as woven, double-stitched and soft waistbands. Besides the pant and brief forms, there are "winter additions" in the form of long trousers and shirts in 1/2 + 1/1 arm lengths, in the blends merino wool/elastane and cotton/modal/elastane.
