Lifestyle brand dresses national ice-hockey team

bugatti to be fashion partner in Finland

From this season, the Herford-based German fashion manufacturer bugatti GmbH has become the official outfitter of the FIHA (Finnish Ice hockey Association) and will be dressing the team items in items bearing their own fashion label. As well as providing team clothing to the men´s national A-team, bugatti will be dressing the women´s national team and the men´s U18 and U20 teams. This marks the second phase of bugatti´s outfitting offensive. They already provide clothing for the Austrian football league team, Rapid Wien.

Bugatti will provide the teams with outfits for formal appearance as well as for casual wear. The new partners have signed an initial two-year contract. Local coordination such as taking measurements will be taken care of bugatti´s Finnish representative, Mika Lehmus from Helsinki.

Team members, trainers, supervisors and board members of the national A-team will appear in a modern bugatti look which includes a stretch-jersey coat and Flexcity stretch suit, while for the U18 and U20 teams there is a Flexcity stretch jacket and a casual outfit with Flexcity jeans and sweater.

Nicolas Zülka, bugatti export sales manager, is delighted: "This is a big commitment for bugatti in Finland, which is an important market for bugatti. We expect that this collaboration will throw a positive spotlight on the brand in the Finnish marketplace."

With the outfitting contract comes the opportunity to take advantage of advertising opportunities, e.g. perimeter advertising, match day promotions, press conferences, players as brand ambassadors and social media channels.
