Where is my order?

As soon as we receive your order, our customer service will process it immediately and hand it over to our shipping partner, DHL. Your order will arrive within a few days. To track your shipping status, we will send you your tracking code with our shipping confirmation as soon as possible. Furthermore, as a registered customer, you can also view your order status at any time in your customer account.

How can I cancel an order?

Of course, you have the option to cancel your order or order an alternative product. Please contact our customer service to do so.

Account

How do I create a customer account with bugatti?

To create your customer account, you'll need a current email address and a password. Simply click on the customer account icon in the top right corner of our online shop and register.

Then fill in the fields with your personal information and choose a password for your customer account.
You will then receive an email from us asking you to confirm your email address.

You have now created your personal customer account and can use all its benefits.

What do I do if I forget my password?

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password" in the "Log in to my customer account" field.

You will now be redirected to a new page. Here you can enter your email address and submit your password request. You will then receive a link from us that you can use to reset and regenerate your password.

My customer data has changed. Where can I update it?

Of course, you can change your customer information at any time. To do so, log in to your customer account and change your personal information by selecting the "Edit" field under the "Contact Information" tab.

Once you have changed your data, click the “Save” button in the bottom right corner.

How do I log in to my account?

To do so, simply click on "My Account" in the top right corner of our online shop at https://www.bugatti-fashion.com . Enter your email address and your chosen password in the "Log in to my customer account" field. With one last click on "Log in," you're ready to go.

Can I view my order details?

You can find your order details in your customer account after successfully logging in. You can view all your previous orders under the "Recent Orders" section.

Why should I create a customer account?

If you create a user account in our shop, you'll enjoy many benefits. You'll be guided through the ordering process more quickly, your contact information will be saved, you can create multiple shipping addresses, track your order history, and much more.

You will also receive personalized information and great surprises.

Payments

Which payment methods are accepted?

In our shop you can choose between the following payment methods:

  • credit card
  • Prepayment
  • PayPal Purchase on account

Why can't I pay by invoice?

Payment on account is not possible under certain circumstances, as credit card and purchase on account payment methods are subject to restrictions. The decisive factors for their selection are the shopping cart composition (item types, subtotal, etc.), previous payment history, a postal address verification, and a credit check, if applicable.

If this payment method isn't available to you, we apologize for any inconvenience. Please choose another payment method or contact our customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

How much are the delivery costs?

Shipping within Germany costs €4.99. Express shipping costs €15.00. Shipments to Austria incur a shipping fee of €6.00.

Where is my order?

After receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the shipment has left our warehouse. Shipping time is typically 1-3 business days.

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery for available items is 1-3 business days after receipt of the order. Your package will be shipped via DHL or Post AT (for shipments to Austria).

Is delivery to packing stations and post offices possible?

Yes, delivery to a Packstation or post office is possible in Germany and Austria.

Is delivery abroad possible?

Currently, delivery is only possible within Germany and Austria.

Return

How can I return a product?

You can return items to us within 14 days of receiving them. Simply use our return slip included in your package to return them free of charge.

Follow these steps:

1. Stick the return label on the outside of your package.

2. Pack the items in the original packaging and place them in the parcel.

3. Fill out the table with the items you wish to return and include them in your package.

Please note that items can only be returned in their original condition and with the original label attached.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive your return, it will usually be processed within 1-2 business days.

How can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by email or telephone, stating your personal details, the order number and, if applicable, your customer number.

A delivered item is defective. Where can I report it?

If you have received a defective item, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Please return the item to us using the enclosed return slip and note the defective item in the returns table, assigning the number A8. You can also contact our customer service.

How and until when can I cancel my order?

You can return all ordered items to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods and without giving any reason, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

When and how will I receive credit for my return?

Immediately after we have inspected your return, your refund will be credited to the payment method you provided.

Voucher & Discount

How can I redeem a discount code or gift card?

You can redeem a discount code or gift card directly in your shopping cart. The discounted value or the value of your gift card will then be deducted from your total purchase price.

Please note that a maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. If a minimum order value/minimum purchase value is specified for a voucher, this applies less any possible return. Furthermore, unless otherwise stated, vouchers can only be used once per customer, cannot be combined with other promotions, and are not valid for the purchase of gift cards.

Cash payment or resale is not permitted.
