We are bugatti. Vision. Design. Since 1947.
The Brinkmann family forms the heart of the renowned bugatti fashion company and, now in its second and third generations, runs it with great dedication. The foundation was laid in 1947 by Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmann, who founded a contract manufacturing business for women's and men's clothing. Just one year later, he presented his first collection of coats and trousers, marking the beginning of an impressive expansion.
In 1986, his sons, Wolfgang and Klaus Brinkmann, joined the management team and led the group together with their father. After Friedrich Wilhelm Brinkmann's death in 1994, they assumed full responsibility and successfully continued to run the company.
"I want to set standards with bugatti – throughout Germany and Europe."

Third generation
Markus Brinkmann (son of Wolfgang Brinkmann) and Julius Brinkmann (son of Klaus Brinkmann) followed in their fathers' footsteps as managing partners. Lena Brinkmann (daughter of Klaus Brinkmann), also part of the third generation, is Head of Product Womenswear at bugatti. In this position, she leads the womenswear design team and significantly influences the development of new collections. This integration of the younger generation ensures the continuity and innovative strength of the family business.
The Brinkmann family places great value on solidarity and close collaboration, both within the family and with employees and partners worldwide. They believe this togetherness is the key to turning good into greatness.
