We would like to remind you that behind every comment is a real person. Please treat others as you would like to be treated. Avoid personal attacks and don't let yourself be provoked. Discussions are normal, but they should always be conducted with respect and courtesy.

Our netiquette is designed to establish clear and transparent rules for using our social media channels. These guidelines apply to all users and are independent of the respective platform rules.

By posting a comment on bugatti's social media channels, you agree that your username and the comment text may be quoted in whole or in part in our offers. bugatti is not responsible for linked content.

Comments on our social media channels are public. Please note that by posting a comment, you are contributing to the public discussion.

Unacceptable content

The following comments will not be accepted or tolerated on our pages:

Hate speech or bullying:
Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Likewise, comments that contain racism, degradation, denigration, and discrimination against individuals or groups of people based on religion, ethnic origin, nationality, physical condition, sexual identity, age, or gender, as well as those that diminish, defame, or insult human dignity, will not be tolerated.

Violence and threats:
Comments containing threats or calls for violence against institutions, companies, or individuals.

Fake news and conspiracy theories:
Comments that spread false or untrue information and conspiracy theories.

Unreliable links:
Comments containing links to dubious websites or unverifiable sources.

Advertising and page views:
Election campaigns, petitions and fundraising appeals of any kind.

Spam and repetitions:
Comments that serve self-promotion, consist only of hashtags, constantly repeat the same content within a short period of time, or constitute spam.

Moderation and consequences

The bugatti editorial team reserves the right to delete comments that do not comply with the guidelines. Discussions about deleted comments will not be entered into.

In cases of repeated or particularly serious violations of the above rules, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in discussions on bugatti's social media channels and, if necessary, to block you. Comments that are criminally relevant will be reported to the authorities regardless of any account suspension.

Duplicate accounts will also be blocked and not reactivated. To ensure a fair discussion, all users should have the opportunity to express their opinions without influencing the debate through unfair means.
