We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

As required by the Whistleblower Protection Act, we have set up a reporting system through which employees, suppliers and people in the supply chain can anonymously and confidentially provide us with information on violations of our standards.
