Andreas Wesolowski is celebrating 40 years with the company.

Herford-based fashion manufacturer bugatti honored the loyal commitment of its employees with a celebratory ceremony this week. At the Hansastraße location, managing directors Wolfgang, Klaus, Julius, and Markus Brinkmann honored those celebrating long-standing service and bid farewell to a deserving colleague. "Our employees are the heart of our company. With their commitment, experience, and passion, they contribute decisively to our success," the managing directors emphasized in their address.

There was a special anniversary this year: Andreas Wesolowski was honored for his 40 years of service with the company. After joining the raw materials department in 1984, he worked in the ironing and cutting departments until 1991. He has been working in the raw materials department again for over 30 years. "For me, bugatti is more than just a workplace—it's like a second family," said Andreas Wesolowski.

Heike Sommer, head of the sample group, was also honored for her 25 years of service. Her dedication and expertise have been indispensable to the company for a quarter of a century.

Nicole Zahlmann (sewing), Andre Otto (raw materials warehouse), and Ina Schmidt (ironing) are celebrating 10 years of service this year.

The management warmly thanked all those celebrating their anniversary for their long-standing loyalty, commitment and identification with the company.

The management also warmly welcomed Petra Kalisch (Shipping) into retirement. After an impressive 44 years of service, she will be fondly remembered by the company. Her experience and reliability were a valuable asset over many years.
