Bastian Droege to become Head of Project Management from January 1, 2026

With this new function, bugatti is strengthening its strategic implementation power. As Head of Project Management, Bastian Droege reports directly to the Management Board and is responsible for the structured management of strategic projects. The aim is to standardize processes, coordinate resources efficiently and further network cross-divisional cooperation in order to ensure consistent and measurable implementation of strategic goals.

"With this position, we are creating structures that effectively support our growth and consistently lead the 2030 Agenda towards implementation. The role brings focus, speed and clarity to complex projects - from the idea to the result," says Julius Brinkmann, Managing Partner of bugatti Holding Brinkmann.

Bastian Droege has been with bugatti since 2005 and, as Head of eCommerce, was previously responsible for the D2C online store, D2C marketplaces and B2B eCommerce, including online marketing. His key successes include the relaunch of the D2C online store on Shopify in September 2025, the development of the marketplace business and the realignment of B2B eCommerce with Amazon and ABOUT YOU. In his previous role, he already acted as an interface between Sales and IT and managed projects.

A successor for the position of Head of eCommerce is currently being prepared and will be presented next year.
